The iDoctor, LLC (iDoctor) warrants its products covered by this warranty to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and conditions, for a period of three months from the date of original purchase.
Neither this warranty nor any other warranty expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular use, shall extend beyond the warranty period. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty will last, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
iDoctor is does not assume and is not responsible for loss of data or content occurring during the repair. Each customer should take steps to archive data and content prior to delivering a device to iDoctor.
This warranty does not cover, and iDoctor shall not be liable for, special, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, even if advised in advance of the possibility for such damages. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
iDoctor warrants the hardware product installed by an iDoctor employee at an iDoctor location against defects in material and workmanship.
This warranty does not cover (a) broken glass, unless the cause of the broken glass was faulty workmanship; (b) damage to the product from improper use; (c) consumable parts such as protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure of consumable parts is the result of defect in materials or workmanship; (d) cosmetic damage; (e) damage caused by use with another product; (f) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid, fire, act of God, or other external cause; (g) damage caused by operating the product outside the manufacturer’s published guidelines; (h) damage caused by service on the product by a non-iDoctor representative; (i) a product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of iDoctor; (j) defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise normal aging of the product; (k) a product where the serial number has been removed or defaced from the product; or (l) loss of data or content resulting from repair of a device.
In the event of a defect, malfunction or failure to conform to the written warranty, iDoctor agrees, at our option during the warranty period, to repair or replace any defect in material or workmanship, subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of the date of original purchase.
To obtain service:
1. Email email@example.com and receive a Return Authorization Code. Write the Return Authorization Code on the outside of the shipping container, and also inside the package to ensure proper credit is issued.
2. Package the Return. Include all original packaging and documentation and a brief explanation of the issue with the product.
3. Insure and Ship Package. iDoctor recommends that you purchase an amount of insurance necessary to cover the replacement (retail) cost of the product. iDoctor takes no responsibility for loss or damage during shipping of the product to iDoctor.
4. Return of Product. Upon obtaining the Return Authorization Code, packaging of the product and purchasing shipping insurance, send the package “signature required” to:

Cost of shipping the product to iDoctor is the responsibility of the customer, unless the warranty claim is made within thirty (30) days after purchase in which case iDoctor will pay for incoming shipping via email label. The label will be either Ground or Overnight, corresponding to how the product was originally shipped back to the customer after the initial service. In the event of a valid warranty claim iDoctor will repair the product and return it to the customer at iDoctor’s expense.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
